Changing the right to drive



The police may change the right to drive of licence holders who no longer fulfil the necessary requirements for a driving licence permit. The right to drive may be changed permanently or temporarily for up to two years to correspond to the licence requirements that the person fulfils.

        A temporarily changed right to drive may be restored to normal during the specified period if the licence holder can prove that he/she fulfils the necessary licence requirements.

        Downgrading the vehicle category in the licence EUR 15,00
